Munib Karavdić

Dr. Munib Karavdic is an expert in innovation and design. He helps leaders and their organisations to innovate and drive change with confidence from strategy to implementation. This is achieved by building innovation capabilities underpinned by human-centred design as a critical driver of growth and customer-centric strategy. As Conjoint Professor in Design and Innovation at AGSM/UNSW, he is involved in research and supports MBA students by sharing his insights and practical expertise from his industry work. His subject, Design thinking, is taught in the executive MBA program, and Intrapreneurship is taught at MBAX. Both are highly rated and very popular among students and the business community. In his venture, WAVE Design, he brings a sharp commercial edge and reliability through a scalable, repeatable methodology to innovation through human-centred design (HCD). He helps companies design strategies, business models, products and services that help organisations unlock their potential.
